United States: our new frontier
This April marks a significant milestone for Monotch, the global leader in C-ITS platform development, as we set our sights on the American horizon. Having established a robust presence across six European countries, we’re now embarking on an exciting journey to a new continent.
“We are thrilled to extend our operations across the Atlantic. Welcoming Steven Voit as our Business Development Manager for the US, we add an accomplished ITS professional to our team,” shares Menno Malta, CEO & founder of Monotch.
Steven Voit, our new US-based beacon, asserts, “My goal is to champion the TLEX® (Traffic Live Exchange platform) expansion in the United States and forge partnerships locally. At Monotch, we aim to equip the mobility ecosystem with a C-ITS platform that maximises value for public and private entities and, ultimately, for every road user.”
Digitalisation: the future of mobility
The global enthusiasm for Cooperative ITS is surging. “Our recent C-ITS webinar saw participation from over 25 countries, highlighting the inevitable digital transformation of infrastructure. This evolution is approaching more rapidly than anticipated,” observes Gary Lin, International Business Developer. “Embracing a platform that connects every mobility system player is crucial for enhancing safety, efficiency, and sustainability. It’s time to break away from silos to achieve the best outcomes for all.”
Proven solutions for a connected future
Monotch is actively involved in pioneering European projects and is witnessing a growing interest in our platforms. Through webinars, meetings, and conferences, we address numerous inquiries about our platform’s application, security, privacy, governance, and advantages. We’ve also developed whitepapers and a comprehensive case study on the world’s first nationwide C-ITS system implementation to further educate the community.
Educational resources for the community
Our freely available whitepapers include insights on:
- Warning road users of approaching emergency vehicles
- The future of traffic signal priority
- Governance
- The SI interface – setting a new standard in C-ITS communication
Additionally, our case study on the UDAP – Urban Digital Access Platform highlights the inclusion of 25% of Dutch road users in a national smart mobility initiative.
