On November 4th, Monotch will co-host an interactive workshop with Argaleo, the City of Helmond, and Brainport Development N.V. The session will explore how platforms like Monotch’s TLEX can advance smarter, more connected cities. Participants will gain valuable insights into leveraging ITS to optimise mobility and infrastructure management. Practical insights will be shared through real-world applications, illustrating the potential of data-driven solutions in urban settings.

A day of Smart City insights and news

The workshop is part of the Smart City Business Day on November 4th, running from 10:00 to 17:00. This full-day programme features a variety of sessions, including pitches, workshops, and excursions, allowing attendees to explore numerous aspects of smart city development. Participants can freely select sessions of interest, making the day flexible and interactive. Lunch is provided, and tickets are available via www.smartcitybusinessday.com.

Innovations at the Dutch Pavilion

Monotch will also be prominently present at the Dutch Pavilion in Hall 3. You will find us at three different booths. At the pavilion, we will share a space with DRO and Technolution. Here, we will present our latest data exchange and system integration innovations, demonstrating how cities can benefit from seamless connectivity across mobility use cases. Visitors can experience demonstrations of Monotch’s integration for managing complex data ecosystems.

Powering urban data with sensor integration

Also at the Dutch Pavillion, in collaboration with the City of Sittard, MobilitySensing, and FutureInsight, Monotch will showcase how sensor datasets can be integrated into the TLEX platform using the SensorThings API standards. This integration enables more efficient traffic and environmental monitoring, empowering cities with data-driven decision-making tools.

Providing urban API tools to support smart cities

We are excited to launch a series of API tools to support cities and partners in the Dutch DMI ecosystem. The first tool in this series is the System Administration API, a powerful tool for managing IoT devices.
