In order to answer all support questions from clients Monotch arranged several support portals. The portals are split up into three different themes: Developer Support, Data Support and TLEX Support.

  • Technical questions from developers → Support on our ticket portal
  • Monotch delivers high quality data. In order to answer data related questions → Send a mail to servicedesk@monotch.com
  • Access to the UDAP support portal and associated knowledgebase is reserved to authorized UDAP organizations. Employees of these organizations can request access through their authorized main contact
